Job Purpose

As an HR Management Trainee, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support the design, implementation, and execution of key HR strategies and processes. This role will give you exposure across various HR domains such as talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement — enabling you to build a strong foundation for a successful HR career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition:
    Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple locations. This includes job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts — ensuring timely and effective hiring of high-quality talent.

  • Onboarding & Orientation:
    Coordinate and execute a structured and engaging onboarding experience for new hires. Ensure seamless integration of new employees into the organization’s culture, values, and operational framework.

  • Employee Advocacy & Relations:
    Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee concerns. Support in providing guidance, counseling, and solutions to employees, promoting a supportive and inclusive work environment.

  • Employee Engagement:
    Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement initiatives that drive employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction. Track engagement metrics and propose actions based on feedback and analysis.

  • HR Innovation & Best Practices:
    Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices. Research and propose innovative HR solutions that align with organizational goals and evolving workforce trends.

  • Learning Mindset:
    Exhibit a “Can Do” attitude by being curious, enthusiastic, and proactive. Embrace opportunities for learning and personal growth while contributing fresh perspectives to the team.

  • Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline + MBA in Human Resources (mandatory).
